Homemade Match — Prescreening Terms & Conditions

By submitting a prescreening application to Homemade Match (“Homemade Match,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “Applicant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 
1. Purpose of Prescreening
The prescreening application is an initial, non-binding step intended to help Homemade Match evaluate whether an applicant may be a potential fit for our matchmaking process, mission, and current client pool. Submission of this form does not:

Enter you into the Homemade Match database
Create a client or contractual relationship
Guarantee acceptance, a consultation, or services
Guarantee a match, introduction, or future contact
Homemade Match operates as a values-based matchmaking service facilitating connections between individuals seeking marriage, and participation in prescreening is solely for evaluation purposes.

 
2. No Obligation or Guarantee
Homemade Match is a selective, capacity-limited service. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to decline to move forward with any prescreening submission for any reason, including but not limited to alignment with our mission, values, capacity, or current pool composition. Submission of this form creates no obligation on either party.

 
3. Accuracy, Honesty, and Authenticity
By submitting this form, you confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation, dishonesty, or intentionally misleading information may result in your submission being declined or disregarded. This principle aligns with Homemade Match’s standards of honesty and authenticity.

 
4. No Guarantees of Outcome
Homemade Match does not guarantee any outcome, including acceptance into the program, consultations, introductions, compatibility, or relationship success. Matchmaking is inherently variable, and some individuals may not be invited to proceed further in the process. This prescreening step is informational and evaluative only.

 
5. Confidentiality & Use of Information
Homemade Match will treat your information with care and confidentiality. Information submitted through the prescreening form will be used solely for internal evaluation purposes. Your information will not be sold to third parties. If you are not invited to move forward, your information may be retained for internal records or securely deleted at our discretion. Respect for confidentiality is a core principle of Homemade Match’s process.

 
6. Standards of Conduct
By submitting this form, you agree to uphold the spirit of Homemade Match’s Code of Conduct, including but not limited to:

Treating staff and others with respect and courtesy
Providing honest and accurate information
Respecting boundaries and consent
Refraining from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
Communicating respectfully and constructively
Respecting confidentiality and privacy
Violations of these standards may result in your submission being declined or any future consideration being discontinued.

 
7. No Client Relationship
Submission of a prescreening application does not create a client relationship, service relationship, or contractual obligation between you and Homemade Match. Any future relationship, if offered, would be governed solely by a separate written agreement.

 
8. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that Homemade Match does not provide warranties or assurances regarding outcomes, other individuals, or future interactions. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, conduct, safety, and well-being in any future interactions. Homemade Match bears no liability for outcomes, expectations, or decisions made in connection with this prescreening process. This reflects the responsibility principles outlined in Homemade Match’s policies.

 
9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Homemade Match from any claims, losses, disputes, or causes of action arising out of or related to your submission, information provided, or expectations regarding the prescreening process. Homemade Match shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in prescreening.

 
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this prescreening process shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

 
11. Right to Modify or Discontinue
Homemade Match reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the prescreening process or these Terms at any time, for any reason, without notice.

 
12. Acceptance
By submitting the prescreening application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Prescreening Terms & Conditions.
